California Environmental has performed Environmental Site Assessments - Phase I investigations for the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, and the County of Los Angeles for the North Hollywood Superior Courts project, the Lynwood Regional Justice Center project, the Children's Court project, Brownsfield Projects, large tracts of undeveloped land, industrial facilities, and oil fields.

California Environmental has also provided Phase I investigations for the Resolution Trust Corporation and the FDIC. California Environmental uses the current ASTM E1527-2005 standard for thorough Phase I site assessments for property acquisitions and finance. The de facto standard in the industry is the ASTM E1527 Standard Practice For Environmental Site Assessments. The steps outlined in this practice permit our client to satisfy one of the requirements to qualify for the innocent landowner, contiguous property owner, or bona fide purchaser.
